Due to the overwhelming feedback and support we received, we have decided to maintain an ongoing competition, with a biannual prize up for grabs.

Terms and Conditions for I Care 4 Your Pets Client Survey Prize Draw

The I Care 4 Your Pets Client Survey Prize Draw (the "Promotion") is open to past and present clients who have redeemed a service with Katie, her employees or I Care 4 Your Pets, who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of I Care 4 Your Pets and their immediate families.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter the Promotion, past and present clients of I Care 4 Your Pets must complete the short survey located on the I Care 4 Your Pets website (above) and provide their name, email address and phone number where requested. Only one entry per customer is allowed.

Entries for the Promotion received by 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the month, will go in the running for the next prize draw, as well as all subsequent prize draws that make up part of the Promotion. Entries received after this time will be considered for the next prize draw, and all subsequent prize draws that make up part of this Promotion.

One winner will be selected at random for each prize draw in the first week of the month following the close of that prize draw, using an online competition wheel. The selection will be recorded and the winners contacted by email within that first week of that month.

If a winner does not respond to the email within 14 days, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be drawn.

A maximum of one prize can be won by each entrant throughout the Promotion. If a client wins, their name will not be included in prizes drawn in subsequent prize draws of the Promotion.

The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prizes consist of a six-monthly (biannual) voucher from local Northern Rivers businesses, the specific businesses and the value of the vouchers are at the discretion of I Care 4 Your Pets.

The winners will be responsible for arranging delivery or collection of their prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the Promoter's use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, publicly announcing the winner (first name and last name initial only), and contacting the winners.
