Q: What should I know before making my first booking?
A. If it’s your first time booking dog walking or house sitting with us, we’ll organise a quick meet and greet to get to know you and your pets. For households with more than one pet, a small additional fee (usually $10) may apply - we’ll always chat this through with you before confirming the booking. We also ask that all pets are up to date with vaccinations or have a medical exemption from your vet. ​​​
​Q. What services does I Care 4 Your Pets offer?
A. We offer the following services:

Pet sitting services, where one of the team comes to your home during daylight hours to feed, play, and clean up after your animals.

Dog walking services, where one of the team takes your pooch for either a 30 min or one hour walk.

Pet Taxi services, where the team can help transport your animals to and from the vet.​​​

Q. What services does I Care 4 Your Pets NOT OFFER?
A. Our team does not offer overnight stays in your home, or in their own homes. We do not offer doggy daycare either. Although we don't currently offer to stay overnight in your home, we will be looking at offering this service as our team grows in the future, so reach back out to use if this is a service you require next time you go away.​​

​​Q. What hours do the I Care 4 Your Pets team work?
A. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Any inquiries will be answered during this time.

Q. What days and times do I Care 4 Your Pets offer services?
A. We do house visits to pets 7 days a week during daylight hours. Dog walking is a scheduled service Monday to Friday 9:30am - 3pm. Pet Taxi service is a pre-booked service Monday to Friday 9:30am - 3pm, to your local vet or specialist vet.

Q. How do I book a service with I Care 4 Your Pets?
A. All new clients are required to book a Meet and Greet session before booking a dog walking or pet sitting service. These sessions allow us to meet your animals and obtain all the information we need to give your animals the best care. These sessions also give you the chance to meet us, and make sure you are happy to proceed with a booking. Q. Do you do last minute bookings?
A. Our services at I Care 4 Your Pets are extremely popular, and we often book out weeks (even months) in advance. We will always try to accommodate your bookings where we can, however, if it is your first time booking a pet sit, you will need to book a minimum of 2 weeks prior to going away. This is so we have enough time to arrange a meet and greet and get all the appropriate paperwork completed to ensure the best care for your pets.

Q. How long will the team take to get back to an enquiry?
A. As the team tends to all kinds of furred, feathered and scaly clients, we ask that you please give us 48hrs on business days to respond to any inquiries.​​
