We love welcoming new furry, feathered, and scaly friends to our I Care 4 Your Pets community. If you are looking for bespoke house calls for your pets whilst you're away, or an adventure walk for your four-legged best mate, you're in the right place.

We have a simple 4-step process to get the ball rolling for our new clients.

Please note that we are unable to stay at your home overnight, or have pets stay in our homes.

Step 1: Send Enquiry

Please start by clicking the button below and filling out our new client form. This includes the services and times you are interested in booking. We will reach out within 48 business hours to discuss.

Step 2: We'll Call You

Once reviewed, you will receive a call from our team and the steps on how to activate your account within our Booking Hub.

Step 3: Upload Info

Once you've created an account, complete the details in the 'My Info' and 'Pets' tabs. This allows us to provide personalised care for your pets. Ensure you also upload current vaccination records for each pet.

Step 4: Meet + Greet

You can now book a Meet + Greet via our Booking Hub. We do this with every new client, as it allows us to meet you and your pet - and for both of you to meet us - ensuring a professional and personalised experience for all involved.

Our Services

We provide individual bespoke in-home visits where we come to your home to feed, play, and clean-up after your pets. Complimentary home care and security measures are included.

We also offer dog walking adventures and a taxi service for your pet to the vet.

Dog Walking

Choose from 30 minute or 1 hour walks.

Your dog is walked in your neighbourhood or adventure walks are available for longer bookings.

Walked with dogs from your household, or group walks available for social dogs.

You're provided with photos, videos and a report card of your dog's walking adventure.

All dogs walked on-leash.

House Calls

Drop-ins available morning and night (from 30mins+).

Domestic, reptile, farm or livestock animals.

Home security measures at no additional cost - bins out, rotate lights on, collect mail etc.

Photos, videos and report card sent to you after every visit.

Administer medication, if required.

Dog walking services can be included too.

Feeding, playtime, treats and cuddles included.

Dog and cat waste collection and cleaning.
