Service Description
Our team does an initial meet and greet with all our new dog-walking clients. This provides you with an opportunity to meet one of our team members, and ensures your dog is comfortable with them too. Should I Care 4 Your Pets be unable to proceed with any dog walking bookings, a full refund of this initial meet and greet will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid fees, cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least seven days before a booking. A full list of all booking fees can be found on our terms and conditions page.
