Service Description
An initial meet and greet is necessary if I Care 4 Your Pets has not cared for your animals before. This allows us to meet your animals, learn their needs, and ensures we are able to provide premium care and attention in your absence. Should the team be unable to proceed with your pet sitting booking, a full refund of this initial meet and greet will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid fees, cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least seven days before a booking. A full list of all booking fees can be found on our terms and conditions page.
